Variation of Condition(s) 2, 8, 12, 13, 14, 18, 21 & 26 of DC/22/3783/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling and associated outbuilding; erection of replacement dwelling, creation of new access track, tennis court, associated landscaping, hardstanding and boundary treatments. Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/20/4106/FUL (Demolition of stable building and removal of boundary hedge. Erection of three new detached dwellings with new shared vehicular access from Mill Road) - Variations to include alteration to fenestration, increased ridge heights, alteration to internal floor layouts, external alterations to surface finishes for courtyards, driveway and private parking areas.

Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/20/1341/FUL - Works include demolition of single storey extension to rear of listed building and erection of replacement single storey extension with roof terrace above. Conversion of first floor and attic of listed building to single flat/maisonette. Enlargement of 2 No. dormers and insertion of 2 No. proposed rooflights to rear of listed building. Insertion of new doorset behind existing doorset to front of listed building. Reinstatement of personnel door to side of listed building. Recladding/thermal upgrading of external walls where necessary. Insertion of new window and entrance to rear of listed building. Making good hard landscaping and boundary fence. Conversion of existing outbuilding to utility area, store and customer/staff WC. Variation of Condition No 2 of DC/20/5152/FUL - Demolition of existing conservatory, building a single storey extension to rear of Bungalow, conversion of garage into Annexe - The design has been altered; there will now be only one rear wing, the most Northerly one; this is truncated and moved further from the North boundary.

Variation of Condition No.11 of DC/20/0117/FUL - Demolition of existing building and replacement with 3no terraced dwellings - Condition No 11 - Part 2 - Works to the north boundary wall of the existing building once the roof is removed to include any re-rendering internally on the south side and any coping and creasing to the top to be submitted, determined and completed all in accordance with the approved works prior to occupation.
