Variation of Condition No 2 of DC/16/4932/FUL - 1. Proposed erection of portico to south (front) elevation. 2. Proposed erection of brick skin addition to left side of south (front) elevation. This proposal follows the confirmation of a series of works to the building as compliant with the GPDO and therefore not requiring consent. A certificate of Lawful Development confirms this and the proposals drawing shows these works for indicative purposes.
