Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/21/0534/FUL - Refurbishment, alteration and additions to existing commercial and residential units. To include altering the internal ground floor commercial space. Extension of the ground floor Northern wing to create a Mews Cottage, currently part of the commercial space. Alteration and enlargement of an existing two storey apartment 'The Lookout' (on the first and second floors). Works will also restore original features to the existing elements to retain the buildings historical importance within the town.

All matters reserved except for access, use and building heights) - alter the number of affordable homes.

Variation of Condition No.5 of DC/20/5084/LBC - Listed Building Consent (Alterations and refurbishment of dwelling, including new single-storey extension. Conversion of former stables building for residential annexe accommodation) - To permit the alterations to the house and the conversion of the annex to be commenced independently. Also to remove the words "building work" from the Condition in respect of the existing dwelling, since this implies that repair and maintenance work not covered by the Consent may not be put in hand.

Variation of Condition No.8 of DC/18/5091/FUL - Change of Use from A3 restaurant & cafe to mixed use retail and A3 restaurant/ cafe with ancillary residential, studio, office & storage spaces alongside associated works within the Bull Ride commercial unit - We currently have opening to 9pm and would like to extend to 11pm Monday to Saturday Sunday's to remain the same.
