Garage footprint has been enlarged from 65.95sqm (approved width) to 93.05sqm to house workshop area and larger vehicles. 2. Garage location has been moved and rotated from the approved location further North of the main house and rotated to provide larger turning circle for vehicles. 3. Main corridor internal width has been increased from 1000mm (approved width) to new proposed width of 1500mm 4.
