Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/19/4875/FUL - Creation of bike park with associated facilities, infrastructure, and landscaping; management compound including 3 static caravans; Enlargement of fishing pond, and the erection of 10 Glamping units. - Condition 2 relates to the static caravans that were included in DC/19/4875/FUL. The Caravans were a temporary solution that provided meeting rooms and a venue for park users. We propose the caravans will be replaced by off the peg huts and that will be far more in keeping with the environment as they will be clad in timber from indigenous species of tree. The Glamping pods design is also changing as we do not have the time to produce the original design so will be utilising an 'off the peg' design that will be far easier to construct.

Variation of Condition No.5 of DC/21/4131/FUL - Construction of 2no. new detached dwellings with double garages and new shared vehicular access - Approval of a revised method statement detailing the actual works that have taken place and mitigation measures to ensure the future protection of the tree and allow it time to recover. The condition as it stands is pre-commencement as such the wording needs to be amended as the works have already commenced in a manner not in accordance with the document submitted to reflect the situation. Wish for Condition 5 to read as follows: The method of construction shall be adhered to and implemented in its entirety in accordance with the submitted Arboricultural Method Statement and mitigation statement; including soil remediation works. Reason: To ensure the roots of the trees are not damaged during construction

Variation of Condition Nos. 2 and 3 of DC/20/2834/ARM- Approval of Reserved Matters of Outline Permission DC/20/0221/OUT - Construction of 1 no. new dwelling and garage with a dropped kerb off Beccles Road. - Details relating to the layout, scale, appearance, and landscaping of the site - Amendment to driveway finish and extent of hard surface area to enable tree planting as approved.

Variation of Condition No 4 of DC/20/2321/FUL as varied by DC/21/0714/VOC - Demolition of existing dwelling. Construction of 1 No. dwelling and detached cartlodge with games room over. Outdoor Swimming pool and associated domestic landscaping - The project has commenced on site as the existing house has been demolished. The new house has been bought off plan from the developers with a view to carrying on building the new house as approved. It would be beneficial to push the condition for hedge /tree scheme to mid July to allow the new owners to have an input into the landscape design.

Variation of condition(s) 27 & 29 - DC/15/1128/OUT - Application for Outline Planning Permission for up to 560 dwellings, including a Local Community Centre, a 60 Bedroom extra Care Home and 50 Assisted Living Units, 2 small Business Units and open space provision with associated Infrastructure - to allow the junction (and the road and proposed cycle way) to be realigned whilst allowing for the retention of trees and vegetation along the north side of Candlet Road.
