Listed Building Consent - i) Extensions and alterations to outbuilding, comprising a single storey side extension, two new ground floor windows in the east and west ground floor elevations, three new rooflights in the western roof elevation, replacement windows and doors, ii) replacement of eight rear windows to house and replacement of two front windows to house, and iii) erection of a fence and gate along the road frontage.

Extension to form high dependency bedroom suite with external courtyard, internal alterations to de-escalation suite and addition of external courtyard, external security fencing and landscaping

Single and two storey rear extensions and internal alterations. New 1.83m high boundary fence to eastern side of rear garden.

Extension 1. The application is for a renewal of an identical application that was approved in 2016. 2. The site currently accommodates a small house and two sheds. It is bounded by residential property on two sides, a paddock to the rear and is on the residential fringe of Westleton. The prevailing scale in the neighbourhood is varied with traditional one and two storey dwellings with one much larger property next door. 3. The existing house is to be extended to provide a single storey garage and an additional bedroom and ground floor bathroom to make the accommodation more modern and flexible. 4. The proposed dwelling will have no openings onto neighbouring properties and is screened by hedges and fences with the principal trees and boundary hedging and fencing being retained. 5. Highway access, bin and oil storage will be unchanged. 6. The exception is to increase the height of the existing perimeter willow fence to up to 3 meters (to graduate up after a minimum of 4 meters from the roadway) along the boundary between the cottage and the new building next door to improve privacy for both buildings following the new build increasing the land elevation in their back garden and increased scale of overlooking windows. 7. External materials are limited to brick and tiling compatible with local styles. 8. No biodiversity issues are presented by the proposals. 9. The site has been checked for contamination in 2017 and 2019 with no issues being found. 10. The site is not within a Conservation Area and the building is not listed.

Single storey part side/rear extension, two storey rear extension, erection of 6' 6'' fence to replace chain-link fence on front boundary.

Non Material Amendment of DC/21/3030/FUL Proposed general refurbishment and extension of the property. Works related include a single story side extension, replacement of existing roof with an extended gable roof (with front and rear glazing), proposed new facade treatment and new front timber fence.
