Prior Notification - An earth moving operation to create water storage filled by gravity spring flow. A surplus of material is to be removed and placed in a landscaped low bund. A significant area of new forrestry is proposed along the northern boundary of the farm, without daily irrigation the new trees will not survive on this free draining dry sandy soil. It is proposed to apply 20,000 litres each day , this "de minimus" amount of water is not licencable, to the new trees using trickle tape.

By re-coppicing the trees will be able to regenerate. 1 x self-set Ash - Re- coppice the tree is leaning at heavy angle across pathway and close to outbuildings. 2 x Hazels - Re-coppice as both have also been previously kept as coppice and will regenerate. Replant with alternative native Prunus trees
