Listed Building Consent - Minor alteration to previously approved scheme, Including: - Replacing the existing Back Porch lean-to. Some opening up of existing structure to allow for reconfigured Loo adjacent Back Porch. Inclusion of thermal shutters to the Garden Room door DG.03 upon request from Building Control. Allowance for new stone copings to flat roof parapets and over external window WG.03 and Outdoor shower adjacent WG.06.

Listed Building Consent - Construction of lift to provide disabled access to the existing first floor, plus internal alterations to improve toilets

Minor internal alterations, including the introduction of new down stand ceilings to Bathrooms and Ensuite's to form void for new recessed LED lighting, increase of floor build up to Bedroom 3 to form level thresholds and increase of floor, wall and ceiling build ups to existing Garage to form an insulated internal space. Alteration and enlargement of an existing two storey apartment 'The Lookout' (on the first and second floors). Works will also restore original features to the existing elements to retain the buildings historical importance within the town.

Listed Building Consent - Alterations include; replacing some windows, an improved connection between the Kitchen and the Formal Dining room, reconfiguration of some of the First and Second Floor bathroom/ bedrooms and re-arranging the flat roof 1950's extension.
