Replacement of all the windows at the front of the property. They are rotting and glass is falling out of numerous windows. Condensation is collecting on the inside of the windows sills and rotting the wood inside.

Prior Notification (Agricultural) - A balanced cut and fill earth moving operation to create an irrigation reservoir. No material will be brought onto of removed from site. Natural clay is not available locally, a High Density Poly Ethylene membrane will provide the waterproof membrane. The works will fall within the ambit of the Reservoirs Act safety legislation.
