Non Material Amendment of DC/21/0715/FUL - Erection of two storey room in roof rear extension. Replacement of cart lodge with annex cart lodge. (Resubmission relating to extant approved application DC/20/3897/FUL to propose minor amendments to cartlodge structure). - We wish to commence construction and identified that an LV Cables which supplies electricity to my neighbour (goldsmiths barn) goes through the garage. In order to resolve the clash we would like to slightly move the cart lodge back by 3-4m.
