The proposal in this application is for this portion of land (approximately 1100sqm) to be used as a small producer of concrete paving slabs used for local landscaping and garden improvements - the company is Salter Group (East Anglia) Limited. Activities include mixing cement and using moulds to create aesthetic paving slabs. Salter Group began using this portion of land simply as a place to store equipment and excess materials, but as this successful small venture has grown over the past year, we would like to formalise the usage of land from agricultural storage to small commercial usage.
