Carlton House Chapel Road Carlton Colville Lowestoft Suffolk NR33 8BL
ESC TPO/035/2021 By entrance to Carlton Manor Caravan Park T1 Oak - Fell Reason: There is a large inclusion at the top of the leading stem, which will eventually lead to a major failure of some or all of the crown. There is also dark brown liquid coming from the inclusion which could be an indication of a bacterial canker. There are multiple targets within striking distance of the tree in the event of any failure, including a static caravan on the neighbours property and an outside dining area in the clients property.

ESC TPO/045/2021 Rear of 21 Famona Road T3 - 1 x Oak Fell see attached tree report /photos Reason: various cavities including area of softened, dysfunctional wood approx. 700x300mm starting at ground level. Western side of the stem large opening at ground level, approx. 700x900mm and extending up to 600mm into the stem. This cavity joins with the small opening on the eastern side of the stem, buttress roots to the W & E of the stem both show significant decay on their upper surfaces, combined with minimal area for further growth. The decay is visible and clearly extensive.
2 Woods Loke East Lowestoft Suffolk NR32 3DR
WDC TPO 126 T1 Oak - Fell. Reason: large limb fell recently and damaged car resulting in tree being reduced as an emergency to agreed positions. Extremely close to the front of the property and since the recent loss of part of the crown and the reduction to make safe, the tree has far less amenity value and is not an asset to the property or the surrounding area. Now it is reduced it will grow vigorously from the new pruned positions and will hide the front of the house and take light from the windows.
