Non Material Amendment of DC/21/1774/FUL (Erection of side extension, partly single-storey, partly two-storey, to house swimming pool with bedroom above) - Removal of swimming pool from approved plans and from description of development under planning permission DC/21/1774/FUL; changes to internal layout; changes to windows and doors; provision of rooflights in lieu of glazed roof lantern; changes to height of extensions; changes to ground level

Prior Notification (Change of Use of Agricultural Buildings to Dwellinghouse) - Proposed 3 bedroom dwelling with open plan kitchen/diner and separate living room. All living accommodation to have windows minimum 1770mm x 1050mm, main living spaces to also have patio doors. Entrance hall and utility room (internal) to have 3no. roof lights. Side windows in garage.

Non-material amendment of DC/20/2417/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling & associated garage structure. Erection of replacement dwelling) - Doors on south east elevation to be four sections instead of two with solid triangle above instead of glass; raise sedum roof beyond openings and glass barrier; non opening window on southwest elevation to be in two sections instead of one; and south west elevation rear garden wall to be straight instead of slight step.

Non Material Amendment of DC/19/4673/LBC - Alterations to ground floor to include: insertion of 1no. roof lights over kitchen, replacement roof of garage with higher eaves level (forming "Play Room"), re-tiling single storey elements, removal of block work partition in kitchen and revised layout of kitchen / utility room, upgrading thermal elements as necessary, new sliding doors in Study, re-instatement of door on south west elevation, new feature windows and doors in "Play Room", replacement of solid door with glazed door on rear elevation - Re-organization of the Study and Bathroom layout and removal of two windows to replace with large window. Plain tiles over kitchen area to match existing front porch and new area of plain tiles to single storey roof.

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - Single storey side extension onto existing single storey detached dwelling to replace existing conservatory. All materials, brickwork, roof tiles and windows etc. to match existing where possible.

Modest alterations and extensions. The alterations include the addition of two windows on the side elevation and an additional rooflight on the front roof pitch. The extensions include a rear single storey extension and a dormer on the rear roof pitches.

Dormer loft conversion including Juliet balcony and metal railings, installation of 2 no. roof windows to the front elevation and 2 no. windows to the rear elevation.

Prior Notification - Proposed barn conversion situated west of Owls House, Owls Green, Dennington. The proposal will insert two living room windows, two kitchen / dining room windows, a window in each of the two proposed bedrooms, two roof lights over the beds, a sun tunnel providing light to the bathroom and a set of glazed patio doors

Increase the height of the roof to give more height inside the loft.This will be achieved by removing the existing roof tiles, battens, membrane and trusses. These will then be replaced by new attic trusses, a breathable membrane, battens and similar tiles to the original. It will be necessary to build up the gable end walls due to the increased ridge height of the roof. This will be done by using similar bricks to the original. We are proposing to put one attic window in the roof at the rear of the property and two at the front. These windows should be 55mm wide x 78mm high. The existing trusses have a maximum height of 1676mm from base to highest point. The new trusses will be 3900mm from the base to the highest point. The new pitch of the roof would be about 42 degrees whereas the existing pitch is about 24 degrees. The proposal is for the space to be used as a loft with potential for a room, stairs etc at a later stage subject to new planning. Access will be through existing loft hatch.
