Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be flat roof. The existing conservatory will be removed which is 3 x 3m. The new extension will be 6m depth 2.4 high. I have attached drawings and photos. All new building will be the same materials as bungalow.

Certificate Of Lawful Use (Proposed) - Demolish conservatory and an erecting of a single storey rear extension. The proposed extension will measure 12.190m width and extend out by 3m .The roof height will be 2.937m.

Non Material Amendment of DC/21/2520/FUL - Modifications to existing bungalow. Remove roof and add first floor and attic room. Demolish conservatory and rear extension. Prior Notification (Householder) - Single-storey, lean-to, rear extension in materials to match the existing house. The new roof will extend over and replace the existing uPVC roof of the existing conservatory.
