Non Material Amendment of DC/21/2520/FUL - Modifications to existing bungalow. Remove roof and add first floor and attic room. Demolish conservatory and rear extension. Build single storey extension at rear to form lounge. Demolish part of outbuilding at rear and extend to provide new garage - Add window to attic room on front elevation at second floor level

Our intention is to knock down our current garage and use the space to create two additional bedrooms and a bathroom that will be joined to our existing bungalow. This will be a single storey side extension with one additional rear external door and three external windows. In addition we will be relocating our existing manhole cover by roughly 1m to allow for the building work. we plan on building a pitched roof on the extension to match the existing roof.

Rear ground floor extension, together with first floor side extension over double garage and dormer window over front door. Foundations for rear extension dug and poured (within permitted development).

North-west elevation. First floor extension over existing garage. To accommodate a master bedroom with en-suite. South-west elevation. Dormer window to accommodate a mezzanine floor over master bedroom. North-east elevation. Re-locate front door mono pitch porch throughout width, vertical and horizontal cladding over existing brick work. Internal alterations to allow the sceme to work.
