Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension proposes to infill the space between the rear wall of the house and extend out as far as the existing garage (3.4m). The extension, and part of the garage structure, would then be re-roofed to cover the new habitable space.

The proposal seeks to widen dormers to the existing outbuilding by the addition of a room above the existing space via dormers to the existing sloped roof. The existing roof is to be adapted to house the newly proposed dormers.

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - This permitted development application seeks to add a 33m2 proposed garden room separate from the main house so that work and the home can be seen as separate entities to allow the home to be free from and be a retreat from working at home. The garden room intends to be literally within the heart of the garden surrounded by the existing long grasses and set within the landscape to promote wellness when working. It is intended that the new roof is to drain directly onto the existing surrounding landscape.
