Discharge of Condition No. 4 of DC/16/1979/FUL - Extra Care development comprising 2 townhouses and 6 self-contained apartments with parking and access provisions (existing office building to be demolished) - A soil capping layer of 600mm thickness (including 450mm of clean topsoil and 150mm of clean stone (anti-dig layer)) shall be constructed in all communal gardens areas. All imported soil or materials for the capping operation shall be certified to the appropriate standard.
