Part 3 GPDO Prior Notification - Change of use of a number of units at Earl Soham Business Centre, from Office B1(a) to Dwellinghouse (C3) under Class O of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) (Amendment) Order 2018, which came into effect on 6th April 2018.

Prior-Notification - It Is our proposal to use a shop that has been empty for approximately 9+years to change to an office for a well established Domiciliary Care Company. This will once again make this corner a focal point and looking at it's best. At the moment it is not the most attractive building on the corner. We have been in contact with the Heritage Action Group and are on the list to have assistance in replacing the windows for new and the doors will be replaced in keeping with the area. It is our intention that having this property will bring more to the community by way of Employment and Care as it will raise our profile being in this location.
