Variation of Condition No.2 of DC/21/3074/LBC - (Change of use from Commercial Offices to retail and residential with new timber framed single storey extension to replace existing rear extension). A number of small changes in order to rationalise/ improve the design. Stated drawings 02 01 rev A (proposed plans) and 02 02 rev A (proposed elevations) to be replaced with 0552-P002 (proposed plans) and 0552-P003 (proposed elevations)
