Prior Notification - Convert original old shop area into a new lounge/recreation room within original building structure ,as per other downstairs rooms already within the property. to remove front and rear access doors, and to brick up rear door as there is already an accessible rear door in the living accommodation, then to partially brick up front access door and to enlarge upper section to fit new opening window in keeping with windows already fitted to the property. Prior-Notification - It Is our proposal to use a shop that has been empty for approximately 9+years to change to an office for a well established Domiciliary Care Company. This will once again make this corner a focal point and looking at it's best. At the moment it is not the most attractive building on the corner. We have been in contact with the Heritage Action Group and are on the list to have assistance in replacing the windows for new and the doors will be replaced in keeping with the area. It is our intention that having this property will bring more to the community by way of Employment and Care as it will raise our profile being in this location.
