Non-material amendment - DC/19/1224/FUL - The position of the existing retaining wall following a survey on site, which have affected the size and shape of the original approved plan and elevations. Following on site removal of part of the existing retaining wall at the rear and placing a Gabion wall construction, this allowed more flexibility of adjusting the shape of the proposed extension to contribute for more defined lines for the walls and more practical way to construct the proposed roof. As there is a change of the shape the proposal the over all area stays within the limits of what has been approved. Appearance: Using Hardi planks cladding at the first floor level instead previously approved render. At the ground floor level the walls will be rendered as previously approved. All materials to be used and changes are marked on the proposed drawings.
