Removing modern glass conservatory on south elevation and make kitchen window into double doors to garden. Extending clay peg tile roof on north elevation and adding leaded window dormer on the second floor.

The proposal seeks to widen dormers to the existing outbuilding by the addition of a room above the existing space via dormers to the existing sloped roof. The existing roof is to be adapted to house the newly proposed dormers.

The lowering of the existing kitchen floor in order to provide increased headroom and the addition of 2 No conservation rooflights into the roof of the previously approved extension, reference DC/22/1774/LBC & DC/22/1773/FUL. The previously approved extension will now become a dining room and the existing kitchen will remain as a kitchen. The previously approved extension has not commenced.

The insertion of 2no. rooflights to single-storey side element rear slope, and replacement of existing modern felt roof and valley gutter to the rear with new slate roof and valley gutter.
