It will sit behind an existing building on our property and will be over 4m from any boundary. It is a single storey, dual-pitched roof with a maximum height of less than 4m. There will be no change to the existing access. We are a 2 acre site which is not a designated area or listed and the siting of the building is within the curtilage of the house
