Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be flat roof. The existing conservatory will be removed which is 3 x 3m. The new extension will be 6m depth 2.4 high. I have attached drawings and photos. All new building will be the same materials as bungalow.

Prior Notification (Demolition of buildings and construction of new dwellinghouses in their place) - Demolition of a redundant commercial building and replacement building of new dwelling

Prior Notification Householder - The applicants wish to demolish an existing conservatory at the rear of their dwelling and replace it with a single storey extension to be finished in brick matching that of the house. They propose to fit a pyramid-style rooflight to provide controllable natural light for the extension.
