Construction of a single storey extension to add a dining room and lobby to the rear of the property over an existing patio (previously a conservatory/lean-to structure). The lobby will replace the large flight of steps currently on the rear elevation and move the current back door from the kitchen, down to the rear elevation nearer the back gate onto the driveway. We propose to build with brick and block up to 1.2m and then block/block behind the cladding.
