To replace all of the wood windows, facias, Suffolk cladding and ship lapped triangle in my detached garage with white uPVC. The blue sapphire wooden side door (not seen from the road) and the blue sapphire metal up and over front door will not be changed. The Suffolk cladding wood is rotten and some has crumbled and broken off and the paint is peeling on the windows, even though everything was painted professionally 5 years ago. My detached garage is adjacent to the new build house (46 The Avenue) which has all white uPVC. Also my semi detached house (48 The Avenue) and my next door neighbour's semi detached house (50 The Avenue) both have white uPVC sash windows.

Conversion of existing garage to a bedroom with adjoining canopy in-filled to form link to the existing house. New flat roof with insulation to the garage and adjoining canopy and replacement double glazing throughout the house, with one window enlarged to the rear of the property.

Amendments are as follows. 1 - Lounge window cills lowered to be 450mm off of FFL 2 - Dining room side window changed to french doors 3 - York Stone headers and cills to all front windows 4 - Flue to side of house in dining area 5 - Boundary wall between new house and the rosary to be made of brick piers with wood fence panel between -1200mm height fence. 6 - Building foot print handed from approved. 7 - Two storey rear element dropped to single storey. 8 - Measurements from boundary shown.

Variation of Condition 2 of DC/20/5172/FUL - New Four bedroom house, Garage building and Gates. Variation - We are seeking to change the drawing references in the condition. Since the application has been approved, the design of the house has been simplified and slightly reduced in footprint, with the ground floor having been reduced in area by 23% to fit comfortably on the site. The character and form of the house remains the same as the original application, but the lean-to wing has been omitted and the loggia on the south elevation has been replaced with a plain wall with tall windows and a central door. The pediment window on the south side is a blind window and the west chimney has been omitted. The flanking walls have also been omitted. We would like to supersede the following approved drawings and design and access statement to reflect the adjustments to the design: - 1430/6B superseded by drawing 1430/6C. - 1430/7D superseded by drawing 1430/7E. - The design and access statement revB superseded by design and access statement revC.

Conversion of existing garage to home studio, changes to fenestration and construction of pitched roof

Non Material Amendment of DC/20/4188/FUL - Removal of conservatory. Addition of ground and first floor extension - 1. The change involves the window looking from our stairs to the rear balcony, which we would like to move out a little to be in line with the rear right elevation. This doesn't change the aspect or privacy of any neighbors or look of the rear. It just means that the space of approximately (1.7mx 1.8m) is on the inside of the house as part of the stairs landing, rather than being dead/damp space on the balcony. I have annotated a couple of drawings in the attached email. 2. To make a 1/3 of our garage a utility room. This involves bricking up one of the two "up and over" garage.

North-West Elevation; First floor extension over existing garage to accommodate a master bedroom with en-suite. South-west elevation; Dormer window to accommodate a mezzanine floor over master bedroom. North-east elevation; Re-locate front door, mono pitch porch across existing house.
