Non Material Amendment of DC/22/4841/VOC - A proposed new 4 bedroom family home - Change roof materials to grey pantiles, change window materials to alumninium, add Solar panels. Change dormer design to accommodate solar panels as a result and rainwater goods to be in galvanised steel.

Non Material Amendment of DC/20/2355/FUL - The proposal is to demolish the existing part two storey and part single storey house and construct a new house which is also part two storey and part single storey but with a larger two storey element. The footprint of the new house is predominantly within the footprint of the existing dwelling - The original application shows four large glass windows on the first floor facing eastwards towards the River Deben. The two outer windows are fixed and the two middle windows are sliding. Above these windows there are four fixed glass windows under the gable roof. The nonmaterial amendment is to change the four large windows to three sliding windows; and the four fixed glass windows under the gable to three windows.

Replace current rotten windows with double glazed sash windows replicating the original style of the property. Replace garage door with a pedestrian door as access to the house. Internally change garage and utility to an entrance hall and kitchen area. One small, brick-built outhouse at rear of property enlarged to provide a utility room and WC. New electrics, plumbing and heating system. Central section of 1920s extension will have dividing interior walls removed to make the rooms bigger for the kitchen area.
