Non Material Amendment of DC/19/2370/VOC - Variation of Condition No. 2 of DC/18/2231/FUL - Construction of 30 dwellings and new access road - To change house types on plots 13,14 and 15 from 1 bed to 2 bed to meet the requirements of registered housing provider. -1.) Mitigation planting to be in accordance with proposal from East Suffolk Senior Ecologist dated 1st July 2022 - providing a 3m wide strip of Emorsegate Seeds Flowering Lawn Mixture EL1 to the east side of the public open space. We consider this to be a minor amendment from the wording in Condition 20 of the decision notice to application ref. DC/19/2370/VOC. The correspondence referred to above together with a datasheet for the lawn mixture have been submitted with this application. - 2.) Hoop top fencing to be omitted from the perimeter of the public open space. As removal of the fence could be considered permitted development, we consider this to be a minor amendment.

The footprint of the new house is predominantly within the footprint of the existing dwelling - The original application shows four large glass windows on the first floor facing eastwards towards the River Deben. The two outer windows are fixed and the two middle windows are sliding. Above these windows there are four fixed glass windows under the gable roof. The nonmaterial amendment is to change the four large windows to three sliding windows; and the four fixed glass windows under the gable to three windows.

Non Material Amendment of DC/19/0101/FUL - The proposal is for the construction of a Garden Annex to be occupied, either by a relative of the family, or a carer acting for the family in the main house, or be let for holiday purposes only. When used for holiday letting a register shall be kept showing the name and postal address of the holidaymakers, that can be examined at any reasonable time by officers of the Local Planning Authority. As advised by the Planning Officer at pre app stage, should the facility be used as workers accommodation, they would be limited to a six month stay and share the separate postal address to be found with holidaymakers - Where Condition 3 refers to "Occupied by a relative of the family" could the amendment include "or close family friend"

Non Material Amendment of DC/20/5259/FUL - Construction of two standalone self-catering Gate House buildings alongside ancillary accesses, parking, landscaping and other associated works - Ground Floor: WC/Utility Room changed and slightly enlarged to create a Plant Room, which will be accessed externally. New shower room added with access from the dining room. The addition of this facility gives additional flexibility to the ground floor, so that part of the dining area can be changed into additional bedroom without the need to disturb any arrangements at first floor, therefore providing an easy access on the ground floor. Entrance hall has been reconfigured, so it includes extra storage [under the staircase] a seating area and access to a WC. First floor bathroom layouts have been revised so that they now overcome any potential servicing issues by reducing the builidability.
