Non-material Amendment of DC/19/4142/FUL - Construction of front and rear single storey extensions, including removal of chimney stack. - We would like to change the front apex to a hipped roof to match the back hipped roof so it looks less over towering to the front view and neighbours and also does not block any light to the neighbours. It will also look more aesthetically pleasing to the area and eye.

Variation of Condition No.2 of DC/20/2872/FUL - New rear & side extensions. Plus new entry porch - Sun Lounge on the proposed floor plan (ref 2020-GLRB/1XB) is able to increase in depth size by 700mm and still be okay with the roof pitch. This would increase the room depth from 3000mm to 3700mm. Although this is a relatively small increase in size it would make the room more viable and comfortable to use with space for furniture etc
