1 x Oak - Crown reduce & shape by up to 20% (approximately 1.5 meters to remove) this to reshape and balance the crown. 1 x Eucalyptus - Crown reduce & shape by up to 20% (approximately 2/3 meters of growth) the tree is located on the boundary fence line and causing the neighbours shading issues. 1 x Ash & 1 x Sycamore - Crown reduce & shape by up to 30% (approximately 2/3 meters of growth) the trees are causing the neighbours shading issues and are in close proximity to the property.

T1 Ash - Crown lift to 5m and cut back from building to give 1.5m clearance. G1 Mixed broadleaves - lift overhanging crown back to fence line up to 3.5m in height.

G1 Trees located within substation grounds T1 self-set Sycamore, T2 self-set Silver Birch & T3 self-set Buddleia - Fell to ground level due to overgrowth near public footpath and to maintain fence line.

Trees in rear garden: T1 Birch: Fell, tree has decayed base and is leaning on fence. T2-T8 Oaks remove deadwood.

TPO 20 A1 & A3 Woodland behind Nos. 1-37 Marsh Lane up to Water Treatment Works along bypass. To continue the woodland and tree management work as per DC/18/3141/TPO and DC/3201/TPO which run out of time. Remove branches to allow broken fence along bypass to be renewed. Remove Silver Birch trees which are blocking light from more established trees, also evidence of disease. Remove branches overhanging rear gardens 1-37 mix Silver Birch Sycamore Lime Pine Leylandii. Remove all Silver Birch under 150mm diameter, and all self-set trees under 100mm with exception of Oak. Remove cluster of Leylandii as not in keeping and blocking light. Reason: land unmanaged for 30 years DC/18/3201/TPO GI Limes (40) - Re-pollard to previous pollard points and remove basal growth. Reason: To prevent old pollard stems splitting out. Fell some self-set trees around base of Lime trees. Reason: to prevent these small self-set trees crowding out the limes.

TPO SCDC 97 0100 Fell Pine tree, it has become very tall and several large limbs have failed and damaged the fence underneath.

T1 Cherry Tree to the rear LHC of the rear garden, outgrown it position in regard to fence lines and neighbouring gardens - Reduce the crown by 30% to manage the tree in relation to neighbouring properties. T2 Holly, outgrown its position in regard to fence lines and neighbouring gardens - Reduce the crown by 50% in height and trim the sides to manage the tree in relation to neighbouring properties.

In the rear grounds:1/erect a new wooden 9x1.5m (lxh) fence and a 2x1m (lxh) extension to an existing picket fence close off an area to assist with child safeguarding.2/ to provide more outdoor storage for church equipment. Add two sheds, 3x3x1.75m and 2.75x2x1.75m (wxdxh). DC/15/3361/FUL and DC/16/1077/AME previously granted permission for outdoor storage and an artificial turf area with associated fencing and hedging in the rear grounds. Note the area stated of 270 square meters in the application is the area of the affected portion of the rear grounds. Permission is required because the grounds lie within a conservation area and form part of a curtilage of a grade 2 listed building (listing is subject to ecclesiastical exemption and is the remit of the trustees). The long fence will provide a physical barrier to people from the street casually entering the rear grounds when we have children outside. It will prevent children straying into the front areas of the grounds where they have easy access to Quay Street. The short picket fence extension will complete the enclosure. Children are on our site from our community parent and child toddler groups and our church services/youth events. The long fence will extend from the rear of the church building to the holly hedging (see#1). It will be mostly hidden from Quay Street and it will be obscured from Crown Place Maltings residents by the 3m high holly hedge. The fence would be of a wooden construction, of a horizontal lattice type (see #2) with a gate on the existing path. The additional storage would be adjacent to the church car park. It will replace the existing compost areas with enclosed storage and add an additional shed next to the existing bike rack. These will be of metal construction and to 1.75m high consistent with the existing shed. Whilst the boundary wall is 1.2m high on our grounds side, there are existing shrubs behind the compost area up to 2m high and these will remain.

TPO 20 Front garden T1 & T2 Horse chestnuts - Roadside limb lifted and limbs going over drive reduced up to 3m on both trees to help give a balanced and even trees T3 -Sweet Chestnut - Reduce overhang back to fence line to clear pumping station entrance. Reason: remedial pruning works
