Demolish the existing two garages and replace it with a double garage with an office/room above. This work will replace the proposed works covered under DC/19/2118/FUL. It will occupy a smaller footprint than previous application and is in the same area. The site plans for DC/19/2118/FUL and new proposal are attached in this application.
