Toilet/shower room - with extractor. The building benefits from an energy efficient, carbon reducing, electric central heating system - there is no gas. There is less requirement for office space due to the COVID 19 pandemic, and a better use of the space is residential

Prior Notification (Householder) - Single storey pitched pan tile roof extension full width to the rear of the 27 barons close, external brickwork and internal block walls with cavity. Two x roof windows velux type in pitched room. No windows to end wall adjoining semi detached property No 25. 1 x 3m bifold door with one 0.5M floor to ceiling window in rear into garden. Side wall non connected with high level 0.5M tall x 2m long window. Extension takes in existing sewer manhole to be changed to double sealed manhole cover.

Prior Notification (Householder) - It's a 5.5m by 4.9m kitchen/diner extension. It will have a patched roof with 2 key lite windows and 3m french doors. The external brickwork will be toothed into existing. Bricks will be matched as best as possible. The old kitchen wall will come down flush with the new extension walls by using a RSJ which will match the structural engineer's calculation.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Lightweight timber frame and timber clad. Matching roof tiles, doors and windows to existing. New 606 x 978 Velux in existing roof.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Demolish the current Conservatory and build a brick room, knock through current kitchen and dining room to make a large kitchen/diner, social area. The extension will not come out further than the 4.04 m conservatory but will be wider than the current conservatory to a maximum 5.4 metres (currently 3.5m) Also current garage to be built into a playroom. Window to replace the garage door. Window will match the current lounge window making the property look symetrical from the road.

Prior Notification (Householder) - since being built. The proposed extension would provide a larger living area/kitchen and an additional 3rd bedroom; timber clad with bi-fold doors out from the living space and 3rd bedroom out to the garden. A roof lantern would provide light to the rear of the living space. The addition of the extension and modernisation of the bungalow would mean that the building could be effectively insulated and it is intended that all windows are double glazed. The front of the bungalow would remain largely unchanged apart from redecoration and general maintenance. Please refer to attached drawings and photographs. (Block plan, elevations, roof layout, floor layout, photographs of the existing bungalow). The timber clad in a dark colour has been chosen to be in keeping with other buildings in the local area, complimenting the existing building. There is a 600mm difference between the inside floor level and the external ground level so it is proposed to install a deck built in two levels with safety barrier hedge and planting, steps surrounding, indicated on the drawings.
