Door to be fixed shut. Internally build new studwork panel up to underside of glazing. Door and frame to be painted white. Opening to be blocked up in studwork. Door and frame to secondary staircase (ground floor) to be upgraded to 30 minutes fire resistance. Appearance to remain as existing. Modern partition between hall and kitchen to be removed. Existing post to remain. Kitchen rear external door frame to replaced with matching frame.
