Non Material Amendment of DC/21/1204/FUL - Single and two storey extensions to rear, roof conversion including new rear dormer, new side window and door to West elevation, internal alterations. - To change fenestration on flank wall of extension. Due to the reordering of the internal space, the client has requested a change in the position of the ground floor windows in the flank wall of the extension. This has resulted in a reduction in the number of windows from 3 to 2. The 2 proposed windows now being centred around a fire within the garden room.
