Variation of Condition 2 of DC/21/5506/FUL - Construction of detached dwelling with detached double cartlodge and 2no. new vehicular accesses (one to serve new dwelling, one to serve host dwelling). - Condition 2 to be changed to include revised drawing references. These include minor alterations to the proposed scheme including the enlargement of the double cartlodge by 0.5m in each direction, a revised floor plan so that the house is now square in form, and various alterations to the proposed fenestration, all as shown on the attached drawings.

Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - The construction of a small garden room to be used for recreational purposes to enhance the overall enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. Access to the building is via the main dwelling along the back garden. Internal access is provided by 4 sliding doors along the west elevation. High level glazing is present along the east elevation, 6 panes, and a singular window is present on the south elevation. The external walls of the small building are set back 2 metres from the boundaries on all sides and a significant proportion of the building is below the hedge line. The external walls are clad in shou-sugi-ban charred timber cladding and the roof is clad with VM Zinc Anthra, both materials match the alterations and extensions of the main house which have been given planning consent.
