No changes to plumbing / sewerage. Roof tiled with same style/materials of existing house roof. Exterior of extension clad in brick matching existing house walls. Side elevations - wall and glass doors to gardens, double or triple glazed for sound proofing & heat retention. TPO trees are more than 25 metres from site and access does not pass trees.
