Non Material Amendment of DC/19/2040/FUL - Redevelopment of the site for 15 dwellings comprising of conversion of the club house into 12 apartments and redevelopment of the former bowling green for three bungalows with associated access and landscaping We are looking to make a start on site to areas within the existing bowling green all in accordance with the included Construction Method Statement (prepared by Wild Frontier Ecology), in advance of the further required ecology surveys and Natural England Licence.

The new house has been bought off plan from the developers with a view to carrying on building the new house as approved. It would be beneficial to push the condition for hedge /tree scheme to mid July to allow the new owners to have an input into the landscape design.
