Non Material Amendment of DC/18/3835/FUL - Erection of ground floor front extensions to dwelling - The approved development was a first floor extension which has been completed alongside a bay window on the ground floor and integrated canopy over the front door. Removal of Bay window from previous planning application from ground floor lounge. Reinstatement of porch canopy in similar style to original over front door. Decrease depth of existing lounge window by 400mm.

Prior Notification (Householder) - A single storey rear extension to No 1 Pinewood Gardens having a maximum depth of 5m and a maximum height of 4m. The extension would be situated to the east side and would protrude from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The west elevation of the extension would share an adjoining boundary with the existing garage extension which protrudes 5.9m from the rear wall of the original dwelling house. The extension would have a double pitched roof with two Velux-type roof windows on the west facing aspect. The south facing wall would contain a door and window. The extension would be built under, and within, permitted development rules and building regulations.
