Prior Approval Larger Home Extension - 3200mm wide x 4000mm projection single story extension, with full height brick wall to neighbours side and white upvc frames to front and garage side. The roof will be hipped 4 ways, with ridge to centre.

Replace current rotten windows with double glazed sash windows replicating the original style of the property. Replace garage door with a pedestrian door as access to the house. Internally change garage and utility to an entrance hall and kitchen area. One small, brick-built outhouse at rear of property enlarged to provide a utility room and WC. New electrics, plumbing and heating system. Central section of 1920s extension will have dividing interior walls removed to make the rooms bigger for the kitchen area. Across this section, a new zinc flat roof will be put in with a roof lantern. This will not change existing roof height. French doors inserted into brick and flint store looking out into garden (not overlooking any other property). Make opening in front garden (at present a low wall with shrubs) to fit a pedestrian gate so as to offer direct access to the front door of the property

Retrospective Application - Demolition of existing wood store. Garage extension and alterations to create new wood store and workshop. Re-roofing of existing garage to match house.

Non-Material Amendment of DC/21/0195/FUL - Extension to existing garage to provide workshop and creation of artists studio. Further stand alone artists studio. Re modelling existing extension to house. - Change the external finish on the roof and walls on the garage extension to corrugated iron and the roof on studio 1 and 2 to reclaimed tiles as oppose to zinc in the original proposal.
