Extension to be timber frame with bi-folding doors onto rear garden, and is intended to open up the kitchen, and insulate the back of the house. The existing external flint wall is beginning to lose mortar, and original stable door is extremely drafty. The property is currently very dark and would benefit massively from more light and insulated windows and doors - Change of roof design to warm flat roof.
