Conservation area tree works, comprising: 1. fell Larch tree. 2. Crown raise yews and conifers over carpark by 3-5m, reduce carpark side of Large yew by 3m to maintain carpark clearance. 3.Crown raise trees roadside to 5 m to clear road. Crown raise / trim lower growth roadside to maintain footpath clearance. 4. Crown raise conifer to allow light to property, reduce property side limbs on chestnut and conifer to clear property , approx 2-3m limb reduction to suitable growth points. 5. Remove Ash with ash dieback. 6.Reduce x2 yews on Garden Cottage side of property , reduce limbs by approx 2m to gain clearance and light for property and to maintain boundary edge. 7.Group of X2 larch x2 conifer all small trees on banking near side access to care home , remove tree. 8. Remove Silver birch. 9. Remove Co dominate stemmed Conifer.

Fell T2 Norway Spruce in conservation area, due to size and proximity to house.

Conservation area tree works comprising: Remove 6no Larch trees. 3no small Conifers to rear, south west amongst and under other broadleaf trees, crowded and being out competed. 1no conifer to south side of house near overhead wires and amongst broadleaf trees which will out compete the broadleaf, to be removed. 1no Scots pine to front of house on edge of lawn, East side, shading nearby broadleaf trees and concerns over movement in high winds - to remove. 1no Fir on East side on edge of driveway, poor form and siting, deadwood, shading nearby broadleaf trees - Young oak and a mature , high amenity value Sycamore - to remove.

Conservation Area Tree Works: Sycamore T1, Prune west side of side of crown overhanging house by approx 3 meters.

Remove Ash Tree in the corner of the former Burial Ground at the Friends Meeting House, conservation area.

Tree surgery works to Oak tree comprising (i) reduction in length of 2 low lateral branches on the south side of the crown by 1.5-2m; (ii) reduction in length of lateral branches in lower third of north side of crown by 1.5-2m (overhanging verge/open grassed area); (iii) reduction in length of lowest branch on west side of crown (nearest branch to house) by approximately 1.5m; (iv) reduction of lateral branch on east side of crown by approximately 1.8m back to union with smaller secondary branch (and remove dead stub underneath); (v) remove long lowest stub in south-west section of crown.

Fell small Ash tree adjacent to boundary wall between Dufton House and Orchard House.
