Details pursuant to ref: 21/02813/VAR: External Lighting and CCTV (21) (Re-discharge in respect of external lighting in Wisteria Walk (Phases 3 and 1B) only) for Variation of condition 2 of 16/04324/FUL (as varied under reference 18/02890/VAR, 19/00731/VAR, 19/02095/VAR, 19/02568/VAR, 20/03992/VAR and 21/02813/VAR, and amended by 18/01284/NMA, 19/02205/NMA, 20/03570/NMA, 20/03457/NMA, 20/03458/NMA, 21/00629/NMA 22/02785/NMA, 23/00211/NMA and 22/03140/NMA) for Phased redevelopment of site to provide a total of 251 residential units (129 apartments, 122 houses, including 58 affordable units) with museum, cafe and leisure uses, ancillary parking, vehicle and pedestrian access routes and cycle ways, with associated works.
