Non material amendment to 18/03009/FUL to allow increase in upstand height (to1200mm AFFL) on southern elevation, increase in fence height along northern (partly), southern and eastern boundaries to 2.4m, increase in generator housing size and change to render in lieu of recon stone cladding, reduction in sub-station housing size, change to include Green GRP enclosure, allocation of future Electrical Vehicle charging bays, orientation of accessible parking spaces, access doors into ground floor plant room in east elevation, basement cycle parking, addition of lift lobby in basement, additional ductwork to southern elevation outside of plant screen, addition of smoke extract ductwork above ramp to basement, together with changes to hard-landscaping to 'Pocket Park' and roof top plant equipment.
