Details pursuant to Ref: 17/00617/FUL for potable water (6) building regulations (7) refuse storage (9) cycle parking (10) in respect of the two storey side and rear extension including roof extension (crown roof) and two front and three rear dormers, and relocation of front bay windows to existing House in Multiple Occupation to increase the accommodation from nine rooms with shared facilities plus one self-contained one bedroom flat to twenty one rooms over three floors with shared facilities (comprising two shared kitchens at ground floor, two shared kitchens at first floor and one shared kitchen at roof level).

Works to trees in the Bush Hill Park conservation area: 1x laurel (T1), reduce by up to 2.5m, 1x conifer (T2), remove 3 lower branches.

Works to trees in the Hadley Wood Conservation Area:- 3x damson (G1): lop fell to ground level, 3 x willow (G2): reduce crowns by approximately 2.5m, 1 x cherry (T1): reduce crown by approximately 2m.

Works to oak tree covered by LBE ORDER NO (7) 1967 (T1)- reduce lateral overhang of 35 Postern Green by up to 2m.

Works to trees in The Lakes Estate conservation area:- 1x cypress (T1): fell, 1x Philadelphus (T2): reduce by 3m back to previous cuts.

Works to veteran oak tree in the Lakes Estate conservation area:- (T1): reduce x2 main stems by up to 8m to sound timber and prune lower canopy by 1-2m.

Works to pine tree in The Lakes Estate conservation area- (T1) - reduce branches by up to 1.5m.

Details pursuant to ref: 20/00354/FUL: Materials (3), Landscape (4), Tree Protection (5), PV (7), Bird and Bat boxes (8), Energy (9), SuDS (10), EV (11), OMP (13) for Redevelopment of site and construction of community building, to provide nursery/pre-school, worship room, multi-purpose hall, cafe, meeting rooms with associated landscaping, parking and refuse storage.
