Non-material amendment to 20/02330/VAR to allow House 1- Belt cornice design and height amended, removal of the following:- 2 x roof terraces at rear/sides of the house, 1 x Chimmey, Wetcast Portland stone cladding from ground floor rear elevation and Wetcast Portland stone plinth together with amendments to House 2 and 3 to include Belt cornice design and height amended, removal of Wetcast Portland stone cladding from ground floor front elevation and Wetcast Portland stone plinth and 2 x portico columns added to entrances of each house.

Non material amendment to 16/04184/RE4 to allow changes to Maldon Road to include scooter store and external columns revised to rear of ground floor, northern elevation wall on boundary realigned with boundary, communal refuse and meter rooms revised to ground floor, glazed opening door to roof terrace of unit 21 (unit 08) on the second floor, window positions adjusted to ground, first and second floors, parapet capping and changes to Newstead House to include glazing reduced in size to rear of ground floor to all units, window revised to east and rear elevations and changes to refuse and recycling bins, window enlarged and recess reduced to rear of first floor and parapet capping revised and window cill to ground floor front elevation raised.
