Construction of additional staff and visitor car parking on existing hardstanding at 21 Kynoch Road including installation of security gates and palisade fencing to southern boundary and new external lighting together with reconfiguration of existing Coca Cola car parking areas off Nobel Road to provide accessible/disabled bays, cycle and motorbike parking and allow closure of 1No existing parking area.

Construction of 2 metre high railing fence to side elevation involving railing gates to front and rear elevation.

Construction of vehicular and pedestrian access gate together with installation of fence to provide secure access from Chase Road onto stopped up Nichol Close.
