Application pursuant to Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - variation to Condition 15 of approval under ref: P13-00698LBE to amend the mix of affordable housing units on the site to the following: Social Rented: 5 x 1 bed units, 7 x 2 bed units, 7 x 3 bed units; Intermediate: 1 x 1 bed unit, 1 x 2 bed unit, 13 x 3 bed units and 4 x 4 bed units in respect of construction of a new road connecting to Gardiner Close, incorporation of existing public footpath within the redevelopment site and erection of a total of 38 residential units, with associated car parking, garaging, amenity space and play area, together with erection of a substation and pumping station, and reconfiguration of turning area to Falcon Road Spur car park.
