Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Opinion Request under Part 2, Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 in relation redevelopment of the site to provide a mixed use development including the erection of two blocks with 16 and 19 storeys in height (plus roof terraces) comprising of approximately 190 residential units, 650 sqm of commercial floorspace, 950sqm of common amenity space, as well as accessible car parking spaces, bike parking spaces for residents and bike parking spaces for the commercial area, and hard and soft landscaping.
