Variation of Ref:19/04160/FUL condition number 02 to allow, installation of rear dormers to upper floor flats and metal shutter to the front of the ground floor shop.

Variation of condition 18 (Accessible and Adaptable Dwellings) to amend the condition wording, in respect of 20/02981/FUL - Redevelopment of site and erection of 7 residential units (4 x 3-bed houses; 2 x 2-bed flats; and 1 x 1 bed flat) together with associated landscaping, car and cycle parking.

Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of 17/01604/FUL to allow configurations of the lower ground gardens by moving the staircase location and the front basement wall squared off to allow the loads from the spine wall to come down into the basement foundations, changes to lower ground hallway to allow for a utility area, reconfiguration of the hallways on the ground floor for flats 1 and 2 to allow alterations to bathrooms and hallway store, Installation of a protected lobby in the entrance hallway for flats 3 and 4, Level access from flats 3 and 4 to amenity space, changes to flats 5 and 6 involving relocating kitchens and bathrooms together with external alterations include reduction in size of roof light to the lobby and all balustrade to be changed to frameless glass.

Variation of conditions 02 of reference 17/03044/FUL to allow for: - Minor external and internal amendments to the proposed houses and apartment building of the approved scheme - Amending of tree protection plan and associated arboricultural report to tie in with the detailed landscaping plan - Additional change to Plot 7, one door to open outwards rather than inwards - Changes to basement plan to integrate additional electrical charging points
