Variation of condition 02 of application 16/04375/LBD (as amended by 19/02560/VAR) to allow changes in layout of the museum and upper floor flats, new lift for the museum, removal of the east wing stair between ground and first floor level, new stair above the existing east wing service stair between second and attic floor level, structural interventions, larger lift overrun, repositioning of rooflights and automatic opening vents (AOV's), new access hatch and ladders at roof level, window on east elevation to be unblocked, and amendments to the landscape around the Mansion House.
